Stomach
Exercise
1) Sit well into a
chair, armchair, sofa or your driver's seat... without driving of
course:-)
2) Place both palms of your
hands on your corresponding knees
3) Raise your left foot about
3 - 6 inches off the floor
4) At the same time press down
with your left palm onto your left knee
5) Hold that position, with a
little tension from both leg and palm, for 5 seconds
6) Release and repeat another
4 - 9 times until you have between 5 - 10 repetitions done
7) Then repeat the whole
exercise on the opposite (right) side for 5 - 10 repetitions
Optional:
You can increase the tension and therefore the
effectiveness, of this exercise by pushing both the palm and knee against each
other harder (or as hard as you can).
