Well ladies, have you ever questioned your looks? Have you ever asked yourself - am I fat? - I
presume you have. Not only that, you have probably said to yourself: "I am fat."
Personally, I don't think that so many people should worry too much about fat, unless you reckon
you're unhealthy as a result. What do I mean?
You see, there are a lot of fat people out there. Some are fat and unhealthy, while others are fat and
not so unhealthy. Let me break it down for you.
Fat and Unhealthy:
This category of people have an unhealthy lifestyle. Some don't care how they look or feel. So there's
no hope for them unless they decide to do something about it. I hope I'm not offending anybody here.
For those that don't really care how they look or feel, then they won't be reading this article anyway.
Why?
Because they're not interested in what I have to say. If they are reading this article, then something is
nagging at them. There's something in them that wants to improve them in some way. So if you say
you're fat and don't care, and you're reading this article, then stop fibbing to yourself. If you're reading
this, you really do care.
Fat and Not So Unhealthy:
This category of people generally want to improve themselves. Some will not want to while others will.
Some, although on the large side, feel good about themselves and exude sex appeal. They look after
themselves and make themselves presentable. So they don't feel the need to do anything about it. And
that's okay.
Then there are the others who don't feel good about how they look and feel. They want to do
something about it. They question and doubt themselves all the time. Some feel unwanted. Some feel
undeserving. Some feel that they can't do anything about it.
Now ask yourselves: "Am I Fat?"
If you are, or feel you are, then there is hope. More than the food you eat, it boils down to your self-
esteem. Build up your self-esteem and you build confidence. That confidence determines how you feel
about you.
So how do you gain that confidence so you can feel good about yourself? What must you do?
Just start with exercise. Any form of exercise will do initially. Just get started. My suggestion is that
you walk for three to four days a week. Each time you do, then do it for twenty minutes a time.
Another thing. When you walk I want you to walk in appreciation. By that I mean, don't walk (for now)
to get fit or lose weight. Instead, walk to look around you and appreciate the beauty of everything all
around you. Take in the wonderful world that is yours. Enjoy its beauty and be amazed at what you see.
As you do this, you will be amazed at the things you normally take for granted and now realize how
great those things are. Also as you do this, you are not just getting into an exercise routine that will
feel monotonous. At the same time you are beginning to become fitter and are starting to build your
confidence and love for life.
Over time, as you become more comfortable with this, then start increasng your walking time bit by bit.
Then start buiding up the sppe at which you walk. Don't go running. No. Instead build a little more
speed into parts of your walk. A little at a time.
Even though you won't have massive weight loss with this, you will have started to form an active habit.
From this you can move onto other weight loss programs or exercise, should you choose. Just keep
moving forward, one step at a time.
I hope you have enjoyed this 'Am I Fat' article and have found the information useful. However it
will only be useful if you apply what I said here. So go forth and take action my friend.
